Terms of Service | MATHAPATI Outdoor Advertising

1. Site Reservation & Allotment

Site reservations for highway unipoles, gantries, and digital screens are confirmed upon receipt of the formal Work Order (WO) or Purchase Order (PO) along with the agreed advance payment. Prime highway locations are subject to prior bookings on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Display Artwork & Advertising Standards

All campaign creative artwork must conform to the guidelines prescribed by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI), NHAI safety guidelines, and relevant municipal bylaws. Advertisements depicting prohibited substances, defamatory content, or legally restricted communications will not be permitted.

3. Illumination SLA & Maintenance

Standard illuminated sites operate with calibrated 5000K high-CRI floodlights from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM daily (minimum 5 hours/night), subject to local grid power stability. In the event of an electrical failure lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, pro-rata compensatory display days will be credited at the conclusion of the campaign.

4. Fabrication, Mounting & Proof of Performance (POP)

Fabrication and flex mounting are executed using certified high-tension frontlit vinyl (380+ GSM) and solvent/UV-resistant inks. Within 24 hours of successful mounting, MATHAPATI will provide geo-tagged, timestamped daylight and nighttime photographs as Proof of Performance (POP).

5. Force Majeure & Weather Conditions

While all structural unipoles are certified under IS-875 wind-load standards (up to 150 km/h), MATHAPATI is not liable for momentary display interruptions caused by catastrophic meteorological events, severe cyclonic storms, or sudden municipal statutory restrictions beyond reasonable operational control.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
